Configuration #3 illustrates conventional open flash technique and uses the Laser Trigger MD1606 as the trigger source connecting to the input of the Universal Delay MD1707. The delayed PC output is then connected directly to the input of your electronic flash. If no delay is required the the Laser Trigger output can connect to the Slave Strobe.
Note: The Sound Trigger can be connected directly to the input of the Universal Delay in place of the Laser System or you may even connect the Sound Trigger to the Laser receiver port on the Laser System's control panel.
Examples: 12 Gauge Clock shot, Axe Slice shot, Tiny Splash shot, and Grape shot.
